General Terms and Conditions

My item is DOA(dead on arrival), how could I do?
We feel very sorry for the defected item you received. Though we have an extensive testing before shipping, we can’t 100% avoid this problem. After you receive your order, please test them first. If you receive any broken item, please contact us within 48 hours, we will try our best to get it squared away.

Also, we appreciate your time to fix them using our advice via WhatsApp or contact us form as noted in the site.

Should I send back broken items?
We require our customers to send back the broken items to ship it back to manufacturer. Please note that some brands require S/N (serial number) before providing replacements. We recommend you to keep the package after you get the parcel, or take a picture of SN before you discard it. If your items are broken unfortunately, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email (order@dukhanstore.com) ASAP with following information:

2) Serial Number for Innokin, WISMEC, Eleaf, Aspire, VOOPOO and Joyetech product is a must. According to Aspire, VOOPOO and Innokin’s requirement, all Aspire, VOOPOO and Innokin items also require security number.

When will I get a replacement?
Generally, we will ship the replacement after approving the problem. When you place your new order, please leave a message in order note to remind us of it, or you can contact us directly. Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order.

Resellers: I don’t want to return one single item, how to do?
For resellers, you can replace the item for your customers and collect the broken items in one or 2 months(within the guarantee period) to send them back to us together. Please contact us when you are ready to send them back to us, we will process the replacement for all of them together.

I haven’t sent back the previously broken item, how to do if I have one more item broken?
According to our records, if we find that you haven’t sent back previously broken items which have been replaced, we won’t process the new replacement until we receive them. Please send all of them back to us within guarantee period, we will inform you and process the new replacement for you after we receive them.

Do you provide any envelop or postage?
We don’t provide any envelop or postage for returned items. Please do confirm our receiving address with us before you post back broken items, or we will not be responsible if they are lost.

Suddenly after I order and paid, I don’t want my order anymore!
No problem, your fund will be kept for your future purchases. However we don’t offer cashback.

Please Note.
Though we suggest our customers choosing cheapest airmail to post back broken items to save your costs, we are not responsible for lost parcels. You’d better use registered airmail or express shipping if you need to return many items together. We do appreciate your understanding and value your trust in Dukhan Store.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Dukhan Store DS® , Advocates and Referred Friends concerning the Dukhan Store DS® Referral Program. To participate, Dukhan Store Advocates and Referred Friends must agree to these Referral Terms, which become part of Dukhan Store DS® Terms.
DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will be used.

Referral link: means a unique referral link received by the Referred Friend or the Advocate, as applicable.

Product: means the Dukhan Store DS® sold product online via www.dukhanstore.com Advocate means the Dukhan Store DS® client who sends/sent the Referral Link. An Advocate must be above the age of 21 who is an already nicotine consumer.

Referred Friend: means the person who receives/received the Referral Link. A Referred Friend is any person above the age of 21, who is an already nicotine consumer and directly related and known personally to the Advocate.

Referral Link: means a hyperlink provided to the Referred Friend, redirecting to the website of Dukhan Store DS® www.dukhanstore.com

Referral Terms: means these Terms and Conditions, including updates, alterations and possible appendices, published on the Dukhan Store DS® website.

You: means the Advocate and/or the Referred Friend, as applicable.

1.2 Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Dukhan Store Terms and Conditions as published on Dukhan Store DS® website.

Scope of Application

2.1 The Dukhan Store DS® Referral Program allows an Advocate to introduce friends, colleagues or family (‘Referred Friend’) to Dukhan Store DS® .

2.2 By participating or attempting to participate in the Referral Program:

You accept and agree that you, as an Advocate or Referred Friend, are bound by the Referral Terms; and You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Dukhan StoreDS® Terms and Conditions،†and
You agree and allow Dukhan StoreDS® and our partners to contact you via mobile, SMS messages and /or email for sharing the latest news and offers.

2.3 By purchasing or attempting to purchase at Dukhan Store DS® website:

You accept and agree that you, as a Referred Friend, are bound by the Dukhan StoreDS® Terms and Conditions of Purchase as made available on our Website; and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the website Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

3.1 Dukhan Store DS® offers a Fifteen (15) SAR DUKHAN wallet money on any new first order made by a new client order which came through the unique link shared by advocates upon a successful referral. This means that the Referred Friend has made a successful first purchase on the website and was shipped successfully from Dukhan Store DS® webshop.

3.2 There is no limit to the amount of times the Advocate can repeat the referral process. Each successful referral will add 15 SAR Dukhan Wallet money Advocates can use on any new purchase on the webshop. Referal money expires in two months, make sure to use it before it expires.

Referral Links
4.1 Dukhan Store DS® offers a fifteen (15) SAR discount to referred friends upon the successful signup and purchase from the website: www.dukhanstore.com

4.2 The Advocate can share their broadcast link by using the social media icons made available on the Website or by any other personal means (such as copy and paste into an sms to afriend).

4.3 Through the unique broadcast link, the Referred Friend will receive an automated Discount of 15 SAR that will be deducted from the value of the total items purchased upon checkout via the Dukhan Store DS® Webshop

4.4 Referral Links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal contacts who are above the age of 21 years old and are nicotine consumers.
