At Dukan Store, we are committed to offering a warranty that aligns with manufacturer standards, ensuring coverage for any manufacturing defects that may affect device performance. For clarity, please review the warranty details below:

Warranty Compliance
The warranty provided by Dukan Store fully aligns with the manufacturer’s warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Warranty Duration
The warranty covers 3 months for pod devices and 6 months for regulated vape devices, starting from the date the invoice is issued.

Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the invoice issue date, so please keep your invoice for future reference.

Warranty Terms
Please refer to the warranty terms provided with your device to fully understand the coverage and conditions.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the main body of the device, including the battery and essential electronics.

Parts Excluded from Warranty
The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as tanks, coils, burners, mouthpieces, or any replaceable components.

Improper Use
Leaks caused by improper use or incorrect installation of cotton or burners are not covered by the warranty.

Liquid Leakage
Any leakage of e-liquid or other fluids into the device immediately voids the warranty.

Device Replacement
The customer is entitled to a one-time device replacement during the warranty period for verified manufacturing defects. After the replacement, the warranty is automatically voided.
