• Any product intended for personal use
This applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or not.

Wrong Item Sent؟
If you receive an incorrect item from our side:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Once verified, we will arrange replacement at no additional cost
